We are delighted to introduce our next speaker Eric Renaghan Strength and Conditioning Coach at St. Louis Blues, National Hockey League. Eric has extensive experience working in professional Hockey working as assistant strength and conditioning coach with the Vancouver Canucks and the San Jose Sharks. Eric recently completed his graduate studies in Biomechanics at Lindenwood University. His main interest is in neuromechanics and movement expression as it relates to sport performance.

 

With extensive background in force plate technology and an understanding of alternative and cutting-edge approaches to human performance Eric applies his knowledge and experience for the advancement of those that he coaches. In his presentation Eric is going to explore the management of hip and groin injuries in the National Hockey League.
